Note:  Please understand that by completing this questionnaire we are under no obligation to place a pup with you nor are you under any obligation to purchase a pup from us.  This questionnaire is a means to allow us to get to know you and what you expect from a pup.  We do not accept deposits for pups nor do we promise 1^st pick or 2^nd pick.  If we do not have a pup that will fit your lifestyle, please indicate whether we can pass this questionnaire on to other reputable breeders.
